Update to Rules – May 12, 2017

Perdido Towers Board has voted for a NO TENT policy on our beach.  This is primarily due to the number of abandoned tents left for our disposal.   The effective date was tied into Escambia County’s “Leave No Trace” ordinance, which requires the beach to be empty of ALL items (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) between  sundown and sunrise every day.  With having the tents abandoned at precisely that time period,  we would be violating the ordinance and not have an opportunity to remove the items.  This will eventually lead to written violations and fines by the County.
